OPHWI: the “Open Government” approach Pubblicato il 13/03/2025 One of the three actions of our project is the creation of a Toolkit, where we will offer recommendations on how to improve the protection and support of whistleblowers/whistleblowers, based precisely on the open government approach. The term refers to a culture of governance between government and civil society based on the principles of transparency, integrity, accountability and participation in order to improve democracy from a collaborative perspective.
